I have a Pioneer DEH-P500UB LINKdeck and was wondering how to go about hooking up a Pioneer DEQ-7600 LINK. Is it done by using RCAs?

Yes, I believe it has one set of RCA's that go to the deck, and 3 sets of output RCA's..

from the 7600's "out" to the amp

basically your just adding it in line
