I have a visor tv to replace it. and i cant figure out how to get this old visor off. i dont wanna break the spring because i know thats what holds the visor in place. how do i remove this visor i've literally been trying to do it for 6 hours straight and now im pissed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/pissed.gif.9f665f96bc89e98e708dabd4580bb591.gif

Can't remove those two pieces, they are built together.

If you mean remove that piece from the vehicle, use a small flat head and pry it up.
