how to remove stripped lug nut( pics)

would of been easyier to weld a new bolt on to the lug wow just wow
If you would have read the thread, he mentioned welding a bolt to the lug.

Also, tried a tap and easy out, both of which broke.

Couldn't do anything else becaue the tap was titanium and snapped inside the bolt. AKA, totally fucked. You ever try and drill through titanium?

That being said though, I would have tried some other measures before hacking up the wheel.

I see no signs of any type of weld. He could of got a nice bead on the side of the bolt that is closest to the inside of the wheel. More then likely a strong enough bead to allow him to crank it off.
x2!!!! and if the weld wouldnt hold just drill it out! and press a new stud in the back.. only a dumbass did they say the lock nut was titanium?? if so your gonna have to be a verrrry skilled welder to pull that off..

Welding Titanium is actually pretty darn easy with a Tig. Ti welds quite nicely.

I believe he had a flat.
Actually i think he just wanted to put new rims on it, he said he didnt care about the rims anymore cuz he got new ones //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
