^ Drivers side. The 1 bolt came out and the other is round. and i cannot reach a tool inside.

Either try to take the dash apart more, or get an air hose and small handheld grinder and use a cutoff wheel to cut out the metal and never have to deal with it again

Thats what I would do.

Check and make sure that plastic piece isnt just clipped on though, almost looks like it in the pics but hard to tell.
