well first you have to add a credit card, and i think you just go and add funds through credit card.

Easiest way to do this...have someone(like yourself) pay you through paypal. YOu dont need an account to make a credit card payment. Pay your own account and theres the money. Can I ask why you want to do this?

If you need to pay someone else, you could just pay to there account using a CC...

glad it was just someone new to paypal that didnt know how it worked because at first it sounded like someone trying to add funds to their paypal with a stolen credit card lol
