how to paint a false floor

Im trying to learn the proper steps to paint the floor that my amps going to be laid on.

I want like a brushed aluminum color like what im attaching.

any suggestions?

any sanding, priming?

you can use pieces of actual brushed aluminum.

Otherwise, body filler, sand, sand, sand finer, sand finer, primer, paint, clear.

sherman williams makes an aerosol can of almost any finish. i know they have brushed, polished, and antique in bronze aluminum and pewter. that stuffs is pretty expensive and hard to used but it looks really good when finished.
