Ok, so trying to make a homemade aero port and i need it to be 14in. How long does the actual pipe need to be.

Ummm 14" lol flared or not overall length needs to be 14 to get the tuning and port area u want...are u using pvc?

Well i know that. But if i cut the pipe to 14in then try to flare it, it will be less then 14. Didnt know if their was some special length i need to add to the pipe before i cut it.

No is all gona depend on how much u flare it ..id add 4" to each end and then keep flaring til its down to size the cut the excess flange off if its too big
