How to make bass sound up front?

It'll just take some proper tuning.

Just adjust the LPF and level of the sub until it can blend with your front speakers. You'll probably realize you'll need to upgrade your fronts to help keep up with the sub.

or T/A your front speakers till the bass sounds like it's coming from the front....if u have T/A.

Install good component speakers in your front doors with lots of deadener. Power them off an external amp not the Head unit. HPF them at around 60 hz. LPF your subs at 60 hz.
Yeah because different systems don't require different tuning or anything like that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

When those mids and the sub play too many of the same frequencies at some points they cancel eachother out. At other points they amplify eachother unpredictably. The sum result is usually a boomy, muddy bass right in the frequency range where bass transitions from non-direction to directional, hurting your efforts to blend the sub bass and front stage bass. Running your mids full range is probably introducing early distortion into your system and making things worse rather than better. Up front bass isn't really a matter of trying to get sub frequencies from your mids, but rather of trying to get your mids to play down to somewhere between 60 and 80 HZ convincingly and then setting a gap between the sub and mid crossover points to avoid phase cancellation issues and keep everything in that frequency range clear.
