I am assuming you mean for cutting out an opening for a subwoofer? Jasper jig. Pencil, nail, and string. Template that comes with some subs. Pick your poison.

I just got myself a RotoZip for my current box build. Check back in a day or two and I'll post it w/pics.

Before that, I've always used a jigsaw and a steady hand. It obviously never came out perfect, but I never ventured more than 1/16 inch from the line.

steady hand with a jig saw. ive cut 3 out of 4 almost perfect holes for 4" PVC ports, yeah thats a tight circle... the 4th one... yeah it was about 1/2" off
