How to increase treble?

I installed JL audio's W-7 (10 inch) along with 500/1 amplifier. I have honda accord with original installed speakers. After installation of JL Audio system, all i am getting is the bass. Seems like trebble has been suppressed even while 4 factory speakers are installed.

What would be the best way to get more treble besides the component speakers? I think JL audio's amp is MONO so all I am getting is the bass.

Thank You.

It's simply that your system is overpowered with bass at any volume above what the speakers are capable of playing. It's like getting a formula 1 with a 2stroke engine..you have to supplement on the other parts of the system to balance it out.

Wow.

Time to upgrade those interior speakers. The JL 10 is drowning out your stock which were not that loud to begin with. Get some nice replacements up front and a amp to power them, and Ill bet it will sound alot better to you.

try turning the bass down? lol

seriously tho i highly suggest replacing those speakers

or your HU doesnt have a treble control, even if its just tempoary
