How to ground rca?

thats just plain dumb.

Those wires are still on my deck, and that picture was taken over 2 years ago. Deck has never had engine whine since.

 
Run the wire out there to the RCA's and wrap them around. Trust yourself to figure it out.

Can this be done on the RCA inputs on the amp instead and then run the wire to the same ground as for the amp?? This would make the job a ton easier for me considering I have to remove my dash to take out my head unit. ('02 Cavy)

No. The issue is contained within the headunit and needs to be grounded @ the HU.
