How to go about this...

I need 4 speakers that will make my music loud. I dont need really any bass from the speakers but I want mainly Highs. Sizes for the speakers do not really matter (6.5,6x9,etc.) I want to keep it fairly cheap b/c i will also be getting a amp to power these 4 speakers.

So what does everyone recommend for clear highs?
