thats what i did. But to be real only way to get over her is just to live your life and meet new girls, not just to hook up wit, but friends that'll take your mind off her.

What helped me personally after a 4 year relationship ended was to keep busy like other people did. No contact at all with her if possible is the best thing you can do. At least several months. I also kind of went on a quest to better myself. What were things that I didn't like about myself that I could improve. For instance I finally quit smoking, that was HUGE for me. Anything to make you feel better about yourself
