How to get dash off in 00-05 monte carlo?

Does anyone know how to get the dash off or get behind the stock hu? I am looking for a switched 12 V. source for my amp.

i've done them before, but i don't remember the steps to taking it off. it seems like it was easy?

Ok thanks i know where a fuse box is. It won't blow the fuse after i connect the wire will it?
