Spray Enhesive or what ever that is called sticks really good

They make headliner adhesive and sell it in a spray can at autozone and such, it is in an orange can with blue writing if memory suits me correctly. I asked for it one time and the guy said they didn't carry it and then i made sure to check out with him.

If you want to go super cheap and knappy, get some 1/4" long sheet metal screws from a hardware store and bust out the screwdriver.
