How to fix a mute amp

Is there an easy way to fix a mute amp? LOL

It came in new, but mute. I don't want to send it in if I can somehow fix it. Is there usually a simple fix some how? LOL I know this is prob a bad question, but I dont want to send it in because of the return time and I am not ready to buy another

check RCAs, then gains, then crossover settings..

it's most likely user error on the install part. check all your connections from head unit back, and make sure theyre all good before you go and send it back

I have.... multiple times.

I will get my sisters bf to look at it this weekend, but I think the amp is gone :\

The RCAs work and everything is on max

go to your local car audio shop and have them bench it, should cost less then 10 bucks, they will be able to tell you for sure.
