How to fill edge around baffle

The baffle I built does not sit flush with the edge of the truck door. Any suggestions on how to fill the gaps? Would deadener work? I have a near ton of sawdust to get rid of if that would help.

deadenor will work fine. one on the outside one on the inside.

SILICONE SILICONE SILICONE!!!!

If needed... put tape on the inside of the ring... squirt shit ton of silicone or latex caulk in. Let cure overnight...

Modeling clay or silicone... i would use silicone.

I am going to see how the silicon pans out. If it works good I will leave it. If not, I will repair with expanding foam.

Cut a piece of MDF to fit the contour of the door panel and glue it to the baffle, then seal it up with silicone and cover with deadener...
