How would I go about doing this? I like what it looks like but where does the sound waves go? How would bass get in?

the bass would go through the seats easily, its just like any normal trunk with subs in it, but the bass probably wouldnt be as good as if the subs were turned around firing to to back of the trunk. if u ever fire ur subs towards u it almost always sounds like shit. that does look badass, but i would never do it.

not really experienced at all, I wanna attempt this for a friend. All ive done is fiberglassed my spare tire for my subs. I just fiberglasses the inside than used silicone and screws to fasten mdf for the top so I dont know much.
