No really....we need more info, like model numbers on both the amp and speakers.

i have pioneer dual cone 6x9's and the amp is a sony 2 channel 250 watts

plain and simple i dont care what kind of stuff you got im not here to mess with you. All you wanted to know is how. Not let me know if what i got is good. all you do is fun speaker wire from your amp to your 6x9"s. Thats all you do just like hooking up Subs. * Make sure you do not hook your factory wires and the wires going to the amp at the same time. You dont use ur factory at all anymore. If you do you will blow the channels in your CD Player. Believe me i know my first system i did it.
