How to change rca outs to VGA (pc monitor) in...

Heres the dillemma... I want to take a raw screen, and fab it up in my vehicle. Although, the question is, how can I change the VGA computer plug part on the screen, to a set of RCA jacks so I can connect it to a DVD source? Please help me out!

The DVD output is probably component so you would probably need a component to VGA converter box (not VGA to component).

If it has svideo or composite outputs this will work too.
