just bought a JVC kd-g700 and it plays MP3 and WMA, how do i burn mp3 files on a cd using NERO? and could i use my regular songs, and i will play like its a mp3 files?
mp3s are made like a cdrom. you can make several folders for each artist or whatever and fit a ton on a disc. make sure they are at least a bitrate of 128 or higher or they sound like crap. I've never tried to make the .wav files into different folders, but it wouldn't really make sense because you can only fit 15-20 on a disc anyway.
you could use NERO to burn MP3 discs...burn them as data discs, you can generally fit anywhere from 75 to several hundred files depending on bitrate.
128 is minimum for good quality music, 192 and higher is better. Voice recordings can be done at 64k and still work...I have several that are around that and still sound good enough.
