I'm looking at doing a c-pillar wall in my tahoe and I have never built one. I'm trying to think of how you would attach the trim panels from the wall to the vehicles interior edges. Let's say the wall is in and the trim panels are cut, what is my next step? Put some cleats on the box/wall so the panels don't go past flush? I am trying to see how you would attach them after they are covered without putting a screw thru the front.

Put a rod of all thread on the box, thread a nut to where you want the beauty board to stop, put board on them cap it with fancy wing nuts or something

either what kirby said above

or, use like 1/4" then get those really strong Neo magnets, and glue some inside the back of the 1/4" (drill out a little hole for it so its flush with the 1/4 panel) same on the baffle of ur box, then let the magnets hold it on.

Make sure your screws won't come through the face. Then from either your port, or speaker cutouts screw in from the inside. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Done.

that's if he uses 3/4", if he uses 1/4" wood (which alot do for trim panel), then itll be hard to screw into 1/4" without it poking out the other side.
True. I wouldn't use 1/4 inch.... 1/2 is minimum i would use for that but you're definitely right on that.
