how much wood is needed and how much for this plan?

i wanted sealed but they dont have a plan for sealed, so i'll do open enclosure. but i need to know how uch wood i need and what the cost of the wood is going to be roughly, as well as other things in might need so i dont have to trip back and forth tolowes or HD.....

i have a saw, table saw, wood glue, nails, caulking gun...

You should be able to do that with one sheet if it is cut correctly... a sheet of 3/4" MDF is usually $20 +/- $3.

hay can one of oyu cats click the link above again and tell me if really need the "H" cut and what that does exactly, and if it's really neccessary... those are baffle boards correct?

benifits with or with out.

and yes fat t cali always has the cali. no stress, no swag, no seeds, no sticks, its cali...

yes you need the board "H" that is a port wall, with out it you throw the whole box outta wack.

Very welcome... 103 with a heat index of 110 and 80% humidity today (or something like that). In simpler terms, pretty **** hot. I hear it is pretty good weather over there? Have a few family members that live in ha-li-for-ni-a... as a comparison, it was 110+ when I was there last summer and it felt like 90 feels here. Im right north of you in TN. I know how much that humid heat sucks!!! We have been in the tripple digits the past couple weeks and it has been shitty

one more thing. does the subs have to be set in on on "D" or can i put the subs in "A"? if i put them in on "D" and i put the box in the back of my wagen when i throw things in there they may hit and rupture the woofer, but if i set them in "A" with woofers pointing up and vents firing to the back is this okay?

how much would it change the overal sound if any... im limited to space...

i was going to stand the box up, but 18.5" is a tad to tall and i wont be able to use my securutiy cargo cover to keep people from seeing in

Either fire it up or fire it facing the rear and put an ugly grille on it... as for how it will affect the sound, really the only way to know that is to try it; try it and if it sounds good then good, try it and if it sounds bad, then you have to start over again.
