How much to get amp fixed???

My amp finally gave out....had it for four years....i put it through some punishment....well when i opened it i didn't smell anything burnt...i don't know what to call them but i wanna say capacitors or something; the casing was slid up and some insulation and metalic looking paper was coming out....i wish i took pics before i put it all back together....but the power light still comes on the protect light doesnt come on and it still relays the signal to my other amp....

just wanna know how much it would usually cost to repair an amp...never done it before...hopin not to much...if its too much i'll just get a new one....also i wanna make sure im not getting ripped off...
