How much to fix eD 13av.2?

Mmkay so my friend has an elemental designs 13av.2 (13.5", carbon fiber cone). He's pretty sure he just blew a voice coil a while back (they read no resistance) and so it has been sitting idle. I wanted to ask you guys - what would be a reasonable price to get this fixed/for the people on here who can do this, how much would you normally do this for?

Please let me know if you need more information and I will ask him. Don't know much in this area.

if i rebuilt i would need a diff baskets because of the spider spacers would be hard to come by. i could machine them but would be better to get a tc style basket with larger spiders to make a sql beast.

when i make customs or rebuild i like to improve on the design not copy...

^ if the guy handling his meat can do it for $100 properly do that because i cant, sorry. i cant build properly off that basket without alot of work or a different basket...
