How much power would this amp give me?

I was looking at the Sundown SAX-125.2 and its rated at 125 x 2. So I wanted to know how accurate is that?? Looking to power the Rainbow profi vans kick cs 265 with it and i know the rainbows can handle more power than that.

sundown are supposed to be underrated and rated at 12.8v i think. Only heard great things about those

probably which ever you can find a better deal on. both are great amps, atleast from what ive heard about Arc. I have experience with sundown products and everything ive had has met or exceeded my expectations. there amps are awesome and under-rated.
