how much power would each speaker see on a 3 way passave x-over

each speaker would receive 150 because they only use one portion of the frequecny range... if im correct in my logic?
Incorrect. Passive systems split the freqs and the power. Power distribution within a passive system also relies on individual speaker impedances.
Speaker impedance affects the xover point in a passive network as well, but that doesn't really relate to the topic of this thread.

so does that mean that they would all get the same wattage if they are the same ohms

also these would be 3 4ohm speakers does this mean the amp will see a 4 ohm load or what
