how much power would each speaker see on a 3 way passave x-over

Each driver will receive the same amount of power, less any losses in the components themselves. An exception would be if there are L-pads.

so lets say you sent in 150 watts would each speaker see 50 watts or 150 watts

Incorrect. Passive systems split the freqs and the power. Power distribution within a passive system also relies on individual speaker impedances.
Speaker impedance affects the xover point in a passive network as well, but that doesn't really relate to the topic of this thread.

so does that mean that they would all get the same wattage if they are the same ohms

also these would be 3 4ohm speakers does this mean the amp will see a 4 ohm load or what
