you might have seen my post b4 but i just got my subs in and i upgraded my amp to a profile 2000 heres the specs on it...
320 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms
480 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms
960 watts RMS x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms
but heres the thing the kicker cvr's are rated to handle 300 rms so i want to wire them up to two channels so they will only recieve 320 rms to each sub. but they are DVC 4ohm subs... here is the diagram that was recommended to me on how to wire them.
but wiring them that way i will have to have the amp bridged correct? is there any alternative to wiring them, like will i have to wire them bridged like that? or is there some way to wire them to 2 channels?
i dont want to wire them up bridged b/c that would send the subs over 450rms a piece and i think thats way to much. my Q is can i wire them up to the two channels and keep the 4ohm impedence.
