I am looking at a 12W6v2 which is a D4ohm (400watts rms). I have a JBL 1200.1 that sends around 1200watts at 2 ohms and who knows at 8 ohms. So my question is can i run this sub with this amp by adjusting the gains or should i look at another sub? I also am looking at an IDMAX 12v3D2. Would the MAX be better suited for my amp?

Thanks-Colin

you can set the gain so to push what you need, if that is what you are asking. Just because you have a 1200 watt amp, doesnt mean you have to use all the power //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.
