How Much Ployfill

Ok here is my delema.

I am getting a sealed dual sub box that is .45 cubic feet per sub and my subs stats list them at .5 cubic feet per sub in a sealed enclosure

Would I need polyfill for this difference?

If so, how much should I stuff in the box?
