building an enclosure inside of a cars trunk. i want to build a good size box for small spectra, but the opening for the trunk is rather. depth of the opening is about 15".

anyways is puting the box together inside the trunk a royal pain? or is it fairly easy?

when you design the sub box, design it for ease of assembly.

The cut sheet should be made so you can drill & screw w/ ease.

It can be tricky but is very possible. If you can build a box you should be able to build one in a car

gonna buy lots of corner clamps to hold it together while glue drying in the car should do the trick right

I just use the clamps as an extra set of hands. Once glued I screw it together and have never had a problem

wood glue would work just fine.

All that screws are is mini clamps. They offer no strength whatsoever and actually weaken the wood by putting a void in it. If it can be avoided, then screws aren't usually used. The wood glue is what holds boxes together.

ok so aslong as i have enough clamps to hold glue while drying i will be good right? gonna be using titebond II to hold together.
