How much more would you pay for a ed nine.1 over a Fosgate Power 1000.1bd

Title explains it pretty well. Looking at a ed nine.1 and an older Fosgate power 1000.1bd. I'm planning on running my 13tw5 on it (3ohm svc) and seeing if the new amp helps achieve the output I want, if not I'll probably go with a HX300D 4ohm dvc. So the fact that the fosgate doesnt go down to 1 ohm iisnt a huge hit, although the flexibility is nice.

any thoughts? how much more would you pay for one over the other

Have u thought about doing ARC AUDIO? The ks 1000.1 will do 850 watts rms at 4 ohms, 1000 at 2 oms and 1000 at 1 ohm. I've been recommending arc amps to everyone cause they're hot amps. The arc would probably cost you about $399, maybe a little more and in my opinion is a superior amp to the ones you have mentioned. Just a thought but I've heard good things about the ed amps and the fosgate, although I wouldn't pay a lot more for the ed.
