How much wats should i give 2 12' Kicker L7's? I know that some subs can take much more than their rms, are these one of these? What would be a good amp for them? Thanks any help will be appreciated

correct, if the box is ported you must run your subsonic filter about 8-10 hz

below the tuning frequency or else the sub will play free-air and...

if the box is sealed, it mustn't be overly LARGE, or else your sub will play free-air as well

also, the bigger the box the more effecient (in most cases)
