How much do you think this is worth?

It's time to sell my beloved '94 Accord EX. I was planning on doing an H22 swap, but because of lack of time (and space), I've decided that I am just going to sell this and get a BB6 Prelude.

I'm not selling it just yet, I need to find a Prelude to replace the Accord within a short time of selling it. I'm just asking around to see whether my estimate will match other people's.

Anyway, here we go. It's a '94 EX leather, bought new, one non-smoking owner. It's never been in an accident and has been very well maintained, by me. The only thing I didn't do myself was the timing belt/water pump, which were both replaced at 87k. The car now has 107k, but still runs strong (has the F22 Vtec in case that matters to anyone interested). New Brembo blank front rotors that I had slotted and drilled, along with a set of PBR ceramic pads.

The car had a complete paint job done last november. It's acrylic enamel, and the car was sanded down right to the bare metal. There was some rust on the quarter panel, which was cut away and repaired as well (you can't tell there was ever any rust).

Car runs fine, A/C still blows cold (although I should note that it doesn't blow as cold as it should/as it used to).

Everything is still stock and the interior is clean. Will come with stock speakers and Eclipse HU.

So, I'm not going to disclose my price yet: I want to see how realistic it is. How much do you think this car will go for?

KBB $3,500-$3,885. And definitely, people always ask to lower the price.

I'm looking for enough to cover at least half the cost of '97-'01 BB6 Prelude. You think I should list it for around $4k? At $4k, the final price should drop to $3500 the most....

Some say (even the cheap side of me) that $4k is too much. But theres gotta be someone out there that's desperate right?

shit if you arnt in much of a hurry , id set it as high as resonably possible and sit on it. someone will buy it if they are into that kind of stuff. maybe in one of those autotrader ads where you pay one price till it sells (if theyre still doing that).

good point! That's probably what i'll end up doing. I'll slap on a For Sale sign on it at the end of the month, I've got the whole summer to spend on selling/buying.

$4250 should cover half, if not more, of the BB6
