How much did you pay for your sub box (only the box not install)

Okay I've been on these forums and have been looking at a lot of box designers and box designs. I was just curious to find out how much everybody paid for their enclosures/ sub boxes? This is not for the experts who can make their own boxes though your expert quotes are welcomed. This is for those who don't know and are learning how to make enclosures and had to pay lol. Also state if materials were included or not. If possible give the length of time it took. Pics would also be a plus.

Most boxes will take 1 sheet of mdf..35.00. Wood glue.......7.00. Screws or nails, you get the idea. There are some good designers on her that will draw up a cut sheet for you so you can build it. I just did one for my 10's and I had it drawn up by @skdooley (afanofdeftones@hotmail.com. He charged 20.00 for the plans.

To get one built and shipped is 150-300$ usually. There's always variables. When I build my own I typically spend 60-130$. Depending on carpet, and how much other random stuff I buy that I most likely will never use lol. It's worth it to build your own. It's not rocket science, at least box building. Audio in general is pretty scientifiky though.

I went to through Buck on the forums and it cost me $30 for the plans and it turned out amazing. As for price on the box, drywall screws and glue are less than $10. I bough 2 sheets of MDF (just to be safe) at $35 a piece. So you're looking at around $120 for a box designed for 2 SA12s. I would recommend Birch though, it is more expensive, but totally worth it.

I honestly wouldn't recommend birch for a first time builder. Unless he has experience with power tools and wood working in general. The reason being if you mess up a cut of mdf, It's easy to sand it down and get it where you want. Birch is a pain to sand down if you mess a cut up.
