how loud shoul it be?

A fi q 15" on a sundown 1500d with good electrical. Its in 2.2 sealed after everything factored in, in a very well built box... it is in a super crew truck firing up.... i mean with it all the way up it isnt even a little uncomfortable to fresh ears.... is this normal or is somthing wrong?

it sounds soft cause of a sealed box.. a ported/vented box will be a lot louder.. it that truck with that amp in that box should be about 140-142db on a trem-lab... give or take a few db... go to a show and find out... running in IASCA Rookie 2 will be good for ya...

less cee, it kood bee a bahd amp?? whyerd rong?? Just messing with ya on the spelling man, LOL I saw shoul LOL check your wires on the sub do you have it wired right? maybe the amps messed up new stuff or used?

its all new.... and i quadruple checked the wiring before it went in.... it sounds good its just not that loud... i had a hdc3 10 before this in a little ported box and i dont even know if its louder than that...

yep... i turned it up till i heard distortion then backed it of a little...
