how loud can i go

how can i make my subs loud as possible,I mean I want to be heard a block away, i want to blow the hood off my trunk! I have two 12in 800watt kenwood subs, and a 900watt rockford fosgate amp, yeh i know a bigger amp would help but thats the best i can do for know. any suggestions

u can go ported to get alot more output but as for being heard a block away, don't expect to do that, and why would you wanna be heard a block away, doesn't it matter that it's loud in your car.....

Drive down the street with your trunk open, bumping some country and clip the hell out of your amp. Oh and put them in a small sealed box you will be bumpin up the block yo!

Maybe after you get your stuff stolen, you wont be so worried about being heard a block away. Do you want your stereo stuff for yourself, or to piss off other people?

well my first suggestion would be to buy better equipment, and my advice would be to think differently in terms of car audio

its not that hard to be heard a block away at night... during the daytime with all the traffic and street noise, its a completely different story. Luckily at night you dont need to turn the volume up as much though.

With that setup I doubt you will be blowing the trunk off your car. But I would suggest building yourself a nice box tuned to around 40hz for those subs. Thats the most you can do without spending too much money.
