how long to wait?

so i built my box but dident have any silicone. so i used fiberglass to seal it. idk if this was the right thing but o well. well i know that you have to wate 12hours to put the sub in the box becasue the fumes will damage the sub. well should i do the same for fiberglass or can i throw it in. its bin like 2 hours after the fberglass dryed.
