How long does it take?

A MONTH AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!it shouldnt take more than a couple weeks for your car to be fully prepped, primed and painted. depending on whos doin it and what condition your body is.

I think he's been watching too much Monster Garage there Steve?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
Lol, good point.

As with "how many db's will I hit on the meter with this sub, this box, and this amp" ... lots of factors are involved.

Brand and type of paint, number of coats of paint, primer, clear, whatever else you want to throw on, drying temperature, etc.

And he thought that was acceptable? I've seen full frame off custom jobs with everything repainted/powdercoated/chromed take less than 6 mos. Full graphics spilling into the doorjambs and the paint only took a month. One year for paint is ridiculous.
Good for you......I cant post pics, so I cant say anything. I assure you it was worth the wait.

yea it depends how extreme you wanna go...if you want every possible thing strippped then repainted.....engine bay, under the dash, inside doors ect then it will take longer...but shouldn't take more than a month or so unless you're going all out

im gettin my stang repainted in a better lookin silver, im not gettin the door jams or anything like that cuz its basically the same color, so my paint job should go through pretty quick and cheap.
