I'd just get the amp back. IMO, he stole it from you(CC fraud) and you're getting it back. Either or is legal, but hey, nothing these days really is much more. So, good luck to ya' wear gloves. Know what kind of car it is?

Thanks man. I will do that. I was going to call the local sherrif's office and talk to them to see that they say about the situation. I was going to late till tomarrow night when i got a little free time on my hands.
