How is oakley with their warranty?

Im lookin to buy a new pair of polarized oakley's that are $155 straight from oakley, but i found the same pair BNIB on ebay for $45 cheaper, with original packaging, paperwork, etc etc.

I would like to have the warranty and dont have an issue with paying the extra money, but i was just wondering if anyone thinks i would have issues with the pair from ebay....

Anyone here who has had to use an oakley warranty, fill me in!

you need to go to the sunglass kiosk in the mall or flea market. fOakley's 4 for $20

All Oakley eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a nominal charge.

If you want a good warranty, Costa del Mar has the best in the business IMO. Lifetime warranty FTW...

none anywhere near me.

That, and oakley only has a 1 year warranty apparently, so im not too worried about it now. I just got the ones on ebay.

mine got too scratched so i sent em in. got some new lenses at no extra cost.
