Sold how i got negative ebay feedback

sold my earthquake setup to an ebay user, bestbuyamplifiers. auction was listed for only 10 minutes, i stated immediate payment in the auction terms. buyer emailed me stating it would take him a while to pay, he was waiting for payment from an amp he sold. his ebay seller name is tristanrules, yes, the same tristan that sells rare and expensive old school car audio on the forums. after i had not received payment after a week, i relisted the setup and sold it. i also noticed that tristan had purchased two other amplifiers on ebay with his bestbuyamplifiers username days after his last contact with me, so i felt he had no intention of following through with my auction. i left him negative feedback because he did not follow through on the purchase and had not made contact in a few days. i also noted that he used his bestbuyamplifiers id to bid on and purchase his tristanrules items. i received negative feedback from him in retaliation and noticed he has now made his bestbuyamplifiers feedback private. ebay will not remove it so now i lose over 8 years of 100 percent ebay feedback because of this *******. so, F U C K YOU, Tristan Lee!

Try and file a mutual agreement, even though you might not agree im pretty shure that those will remove the negatives

You made an agreement with the buyer to wait for the payment, but you didn't specify a time period. You should have contacted him and explained your intentions before automatically re-listing the amp and leaving negative feedback.

It sucks that you got negative feedback, but I would have done the same thing and would have probably filed a complaint, as well.

On the other hand, he should have contacted you before buying the amp to make sure you would allow him to delay the payment rather than just buying it and assuming.

My one and only neg feedback is from an NPB as well. I hate the mother ****ers. I understand removing feedback is a touchy subject. Lots of companies that do business on ebay will not leave feedback until they receieve your feedback, just for the purpose of giving you negative feedback if you give it to them.

sucks, but i doubt that if you really have 8yrs of 100% feedback anyone is gonna not buy cuz of 1 neg.
