How good is this deal?!?

So I talked the guy down to $300 for the entire setup since he just had a kid and needs some extra cash. How much do you think this setup will weigh?

This is the top of the line of Eclipse car audio in the SW9122 12 inch Eclipse Titanium subwoofer. This thing is a beast. This is the best subwoofer I have ever heard. I am selling it because we are having a baby and we need some extra cash. The sub and box are in excellent condition. I have had no problems with it at all. Here are some specs:

I am selling the amp and the subwoofer and box for a total of $450. If you want to purchase the items separately the sub and enclosure sell for $350 and the amp sells for $175. I bought the subwoofer itself a year ago for $500 dollars. The box cost me another $150. Let me know if you have any more questions. Cash only. Pick up only. The amp I am using to power it is a Hifonics Brutus 1600 Watt mono amplifier. I bought it in January '08 for $300.

for 300 assuming there's nothing wrong with it its a decent deal I'd say, amp is worth probably 150-200, sub I'm not sure but I'd guess easily 100+

price new at retailers is no indication of what its worth, hell...I think fry's sells kicker 750.1's for like 400 something, but used and in good condition you could get it for 200 pretty easily

I have the same hifonics amp and it's pretty good but the eclipse titanium subs were awesome!!!! if he's local i would thing it's worth a shot but opinions vary.....

Ok thats not too bad, ill just pull my spare and jack to compensate. I have a fast car and dont want to slow it down too much hah 6.0L V8 wont be bothered by 50 lbs
