How does Cheetos get its shape/form??

Have wondered about this since the food network TV did a show for it but Cheetos wouldn't reveil the secret of how they get their weird shape. So....wondered if anyone else knew.

i'm assuming that each batch of "dough" is mixed at a rate that a certain ingredient will vary from 1 end to another. thus giving them the variable sizes...

im almost positive its pushed through a thing like spaghetti and sausage are, and the racks vibrate.....hence the rouch texture. shaking rack + soft dough or whatever....would do this i would think.
