Run a program that can record in the background while the video is playing...making sure you set the recording source to 'stereo mix' or 'what you hear' or something along those lines.

they way i do it is record it to my sony minidisk they put it on my laptop in mp3 format. takes a while to do it, buy i got some hard to find stuff that way
