how do you people get so much back in taxes?

Im getting back $1,305 plus the $600 check from President Bush! if you enrolled as a student u should get back all of your federal tax withheld due to the tax forgiveness credit program.

they will, unless they have gotten stricter, they will allow you both to keep your returns and send you a letter stating that the SSN can only be used by one person next year.
