How do you become a moderator?

you have to be a post ***** and once your in the top 50 of posters when goob hold votes you can be voted in.

well thats what he says anyways the truth is he puts in who he wants and our votes dont mean shit because I know a couple people that had to have gotten more votes than some others that were made mod.
