How do the limit?

How do you know how far you can push your subs? Just got my installer to hook up my subs/amp (Didnt know what was wrong), not sure what he set the settings to on the amp. I dont usually go over 20 on the volume of my HU.

push it till it blows, then you'll know the limit. Then you go and buy another one and don't go past the limit.

I ran a Kicker Comp 10 with my US Amps Ax-2000 (sub 150w rms amp 2000wrms).

Moral of the story:

Its how you set the gain.
