Do you have loudness or boosted EQ there? It shouldn't sound bad at all. Are you sure it's not the mid?Yes I have, 3.15k is where the tweeter starts to sound really bad especially with a 24db slope.
No boosted EQ or loudness i'm positive its the tweeter, i'm going to check L and R tweeter and see if I get the same sound. I have probably done this before, but why not try agian.Do you have loudness or boosted EQ there? It shouldn't sound bad at all. Are you sure it's not the mid?
Did you have to much overlap in the mid tweeter crossover? That will boostNo boosted EQ or loudness i'm positive its the tweeter, i'm going to check L and R tweeter and see if I get the same sound. I have probably done this before, but why not try agian.
You got major issues somewhereNo overlap, what cracks me up the most is that my 150$ Logitech computer speakers or my 120$ headphone sounds better than this 1000$ car audio system I put together.
After listening to Bruno Mars when i was your man with only my tweeters, I could here the left tweeter cracking in the beginning of the song with the piano. After putting these tweeters in PIONEER TS-T110, in place of the HT28 I can listen to music without harsh raspy sound before. There not as bright or as crisp, but they sound better that before. I'm still not 100% sure the hertz tweeters are blown tho...You got major issues somewhere
