How do I make a perfect circle

no shit? i think ill have to snag one up when they start to go on clearance. bits wear down quick or no? how many amps does yours have?

i can see my jigsaw getting thrown in the closet pretty soon...

I've had nothing but bad luck with the rotozip.

1) It's loud and annoying as hell. (whining sound to it)

2) I've burned 3 bits for 2 circles.

3) It burnt the wood off more than it cut it.

Deffinatly more acurrate for tighter turns than a jig saw.

Bits break easily though..

i have a first gen Zip 3.6 amps....made my own jig...has a 24" diameter capability

Bits break easily though..

bah. i did get a plunge/fixed base craftsman professional combo on clearance for $15 without the collets. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif ***** is loud as shit, never used one though and i still havnt got around to ordering the collets.

have these at work but the reviews look terrible on the regular model , not the pro. version. either these guys beat them to hell or craftsman quality went down the shitter. both come with a circlejig and other crap...hm.

im liking that dewalt. .25" collet. probably could throw a roundover in there if need be , lol.
